Easy to use for crypto
Just opened a Personal Account to try out the Crypto Trading. It was pretty straightforward to buy some Bitcoin, I liked how simple the app made it. No complicated charts, just quick buys and sells. Funding the account was also easy. Didn't try anything else yet, but for crypto, it's pretty good. My friend also uses it and said the Apple Pay integration works well for him.
Decent app, slow support
I signed up for a Personal Account and used the international transfer feature. The app is quite intuitive, setting up the transfer was easy enough. It took about 3 days to reach the recipient in the UK, which was acceptable. I had a question about my virtual card and contacted support; they took nearly 24 hours to respond. The Disposable Virtual Cards feature is neat for online shopping, though. Overall, a solid service but customer service could be faster.
Good for international travel
I got the Personal Account for my trip abroad. The currency exchange rates were good, saved me a few rupees compared to my old bank. Worth it for that alone, especially with the P2P payments feature for splitting bills with friends. Glad I signed up.
